Welcome to Micky's Minis

Welcome to my website, Micky's Minis! Growing up my parents and siblings called me Mick, Mish or Micky and I loved the nicknames until I reached 16 then no-one was allowed to call me anything but Michelle. I considered myself a grown up then and wanted a grown up name. From then on, Michelle it was and only my husband is allowed to call me by my nickname, MickyMido (amongst other endearments). My favourite name though is Mum.

When people know I make miniatures for my Dollshouses they are either amused or fascinated as they don't know what that means. (What I find amusing is that I don't have dolls in my houses, for some reason to me, they make the place look untidy).  

This site will be a showcase of my favourite things and interests so feel free to skip over the things that are not your favourite things. 

My intention with the site is to show you how I make my miniature items, I will be adding videos and tutorials as I go along, and of course some photos of the step-by-step process.
